General Meeting Information and abstract call (2022)
Student registration is $60 and professional registration is $95. Registration includes MSAFS annual membership. Payment for registration can be done by:
1. credit card at https://mississippi-afs.square.site/, or
2. check (PO only). Make the check payable to: Mississippi Chapter of the American Fisheries Society and mail to: Angie Hoover-MSAFS, Gulf Coast Research Laboratory 703 East Beach Drive, Ocean Springs, MS, 39564. Use the W9 form for MSAFS (Dropbox link).

A room block has been reserved for participants at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hattiesburg. The room block will be held until January 26, 2022.
Wednesday Social in the evening (5:00 PM), Thursday (all day) will feature scientific presentations (poster and platform) followed by a banquet dinner, Friday (AM) will be the business meeting.
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
All are invited to submit abstracts for platform presentations and posters describing fisheries research and management of freshwater and marine stocks, conservation efforts of nongame species, aquaculture, and aquatic ecology. Submission deadline for abstracts for both oral and poster presentations is January 28, 2021. Each platform presentation will be 15 minutes (12 minute presentation + 3 minutes for questions). A poster session will be held after the oral presentations and should be 36" X 44", in either landscape or portrait format.
